Gurugram circle rate hike August 2025!!

Gurugram’s circle rates are set to rise sharply — by 8% to 145% — starting August 1, making property purchases significantly more expensive across residential, commercial, and agricultural zones.
🏡 Residential Areas
- DLF Phases 1–5, Golf Course Road, Sushant Lok, and South City to see 10–20% hike
- DLF Phase 1: ₹1.14L ➡️ ₹1.31L/sq yd
- Sector 25: 40% jump
- Gurugram Village: 77% increase
- Dwarka Expressway (Sectors 104–109, 115): 62% hike
🌾 Agricultural Land
- Bajghera: ₹2.03 Cr ➡️ ₹5 Cr/acre (↑145%)
- Sarhaul: 108% increase
🏢 Flats in Group Housing
- Central sectors: ₹8,900 ➡️ ₹9,790/sq ft
- Sectors 58–63A: ₹6,400 ➡️ ₹7,040/sq ft
📅 Note: Registry office will stay closed until July 31. New rates take effect August 1.
