Gurugram circle rate hike August 2025!!

Gurugram’s circle rates are set to rise sharply — by 8% to 145% — starting August 1, making property purchases significantly more expensive across residential, commercial, and agricultural zones.

🏡 Residential Areas

  • DLF Phases 1–5, Golf Course Road, Sushant Lok, and South City to see 10–20% hike
  • DLF Phase 1: ₹1.14L ➡️ ₹1.31L/sq yd
  • Sector 25: 40% jump
  • Gurugram Village: 77% increase
  • Dwarka Expressway (Sectors 104–109, 115): 62% hike

🌾 Agricultural Land

  • Bajghera: ₹2.03 Cr ➡️ ₹5 Cr/acre (↑145%)
  • Sarhaul: 108% increase

🏢 Flats in Group Housing

  • Central sectors: ₹8,900 ➡️ ₹9,790/sq ft
  • Sectors 58–63A: ₹6,400 ➡️ ₹7,040/sq ft

📅 Note: Registry office will stay closed until July 31. New rates take effect August 1.
